walk and talk.

Yes. I can walk and talk. Just slept too long.
Good morning on a cold morning where I should be up and at 'em. I am not I was up at about midnight. I looked at the super moon over Yeadon and thought I would go back to sleep and then go out early..Early arrived and went as I was still a sleep. this is a first. maybe after nearly three years I am returning to "normal" what ever...just like the doctors recommended.
So now I am left with finding out what "normal" might involve? and how do I know when I have achieved this?
Does sleeping in and missing the day count?
Any way as I am now late this needs to be a mighty quicky blog for a Monday.

This is a walk and talk Palitoy Doll from the 1960s or at latest  early 1970s. I bought her for Christmas in the Victorian arcade in Otley.

Lee is trying to get her to walk and talk again. The talk bit has a broken rubber band which has perrished with age so he is replacing it....

and the batteries we bought for her have gone missing in amongst the piles of Christmas stuff stashed downstairs so his mission for the day is buy some batteries and get his new prescription put in at the doctors.

He keeps forgetting and it is time for him to go back on his meds again after his break of eight weeks. any day now his new hospital appointment should appear through the letter box. They want to check on him again before Christmas.
Any way I digress.....

This doll came in this dress...which is cute....but I am looking for other clothes for her. I ordered some from ebay and found another doll which I am very tempted by...
this one comes with records to insert into thye dolls tummy and she sings!!!
do I really need this?


yep looking like I do. So more tea and then I now have to rush as I woke much later than usual....is this "normal"????

As this is Monday I need to get the day out of the way and then I have the rest of the week off. planning on Leeds city centre and a few other fave haunts so watch this space......
so rush now to get myself the right way up.
